Value engineering was front and center on this very important project for the City of Rogers, Arkansas.
Caddell helped contribute to reducing the project cost by more than 7%. Our team provided upwards of 35 Value Engineering options for the client, representing a possible 15% cost reduction in the project, if all were selected.
Additionally, Caddell was able to help the owner by allowing a large portion of the Contractor’s Contingency to be used for adds onto the building. In addition to those funds, Caddell was able to return a substantial portion of the contingency back to the City.
