Project Scope
Caddell is responsible for the construction of a new 4,679 foot-long asphalt paved road with curb and gutter and a stormwater drainage system. The work also entails the installation of a 12″ water main and empty conduit for future street lighting. Scope includes installing erosion control provisions and performing clearing, grubbing, and earthwork as required to complete the work. Construction must be sequenced so that the entire length of the access road is graded or paved by March of 2021 so the road can be traversed to install a new overhead electrical service and underground gas piping.
