Caddell was tasked with installing $43M+ of fiber optics, hundreds of concrete target emplacements, helicopter pads, complex MEP systems, refueling stations, camera towers, barriers, central control tower, roads, a heavy vehicle bridge and dozens of other structures according to a precise layout encompassing 2000+ acres. And it had to be done fast and without a single item even minutely out of place. At the same time, sensitive wetlands, two endangered species and an historic grave had to be carefully protected.
