Project Scope
Caddell performed as the Construction Manager at Risk for the new Emergency Dispatch Center for the City of Rogers, Arkansas. Building components include a hardened dispatch emergency operations center, server room, apparatus bay for three emergency response vehicles, swat room, training room, offices, break room, and a multi-purpose room with moveable walls. The new facility is approximately 14,600 SF and contains a 5,000 SF state-of-the-art International Code Council (ICC) 500 compliant dispatch center with a 12-inch insulated structural precast walls able to withstand 250 mph winds while continuing to operate.
Attached to the hardened portion of the dispatch center is a 9,631 SF, 2-story conventional steel framed structure with a 3,096 SF equipment bay and a 750 SF SWAT facility. The second level features 3,850 SF of administrative offices and training and multipurpose spaces.
