Project Scope
Caddell, in a joint venture with Arkel Constructors of Baton Rouge, is performing as the Construction Manager at Risk for a new 283,000 SF state correctional institute for women to replace the previous facility that was destroyed in the August 2016 flood. The new facility will be located adjacent to the existing Hunt Correctional Center. Campus buildings include an administration building, medical and mental health building, two dormitories, educational building, vo-tech building, gymnasium, kitchen, postpartum building, and a maintenance warehouse.
