Caddell constructed a unique four-story, 57-room facility that commands a remote mountaintop setting above the 729-ft. Amicalola Falls—the highest waterfall east of the Rocky Mountains.
The lodge and conference center covers approximately 58,000-SF and includes a full-service restaurant, five spacious conference rooms, and a ballroom with a 200-person capacity.
