Project Scope
Scope of work involved the design and construction of a 730-room resort hotel with casino and convention facilities. The 600,000 SF hotel consists of two, 9-story bedroom wings, a 1,400-person capacity convention center, and a central lobby, restaurant, and bar area. The 92,000 SF casino includes a 950-seat theater, atrium restaurant, and lounge. A sports complex, central energy plant and laundry, sewerage lagoon, two straw markets, and taxi stands were also included.
