Project Scope
Caddell designed and constructed a new 3-story, military hotel. The project included construction of 72 guest rooms, administrative space, a housekeeping area, guest laundry, and vending areas. Support facilities included all required utility services, energy monitoring and control systems, exterior communications, fire protection, alarm systems, cable TV outlets, walks, curbs/gutters, refuse enclosures, vehicle parking areas, access drives, exterior lighting, storm drainage, landscaping, and site improvements.
