Project Scope
Phase One consisted of five, 3-story buildings with 154 one- and two-bedroom luxury condominium units. Site amenities included outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, jogging trail, and lagoon. Site utilities involved miles of force main sewer, two lift stations, domestic and fire water piping, and underground power distribution.
Phase Two consisted of four additional 3-story buildings with amenities similar to Phase One for another 112 one- and two-bedroom units.
