Project Scope
Lafayette Place is a 700,000-SF combination hotel consisting of a retail shopping mall, plaza, and parking garage. The complex included a 21-story, 350,000 SF hotel containing 500 guest rooms on 16 floors. Five of the 16 floors contain service areas, conference rooms, ballrooms, a grand lobby, a lounge, and other ancillary facilities. Adjacent to the hotel was a low-rise, three-level retail mall that encompasses 350,000 SF and comprises 164 retail stores and 23 restaurants.
