Project Scope
Caddell is responsible for the design and construction of the new U.S. Embassy in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The project consists of a New Office Building, U.S. Marine Residence, Compound Access Control facilities, Maintenance Building, Utility Building, Warehouse, and a Parking Garage. The scope will also include entrance and arrival plazas, paved terraces, landscape gardens, roadways, security fencing and gates, security window and door systems, stone and metal façades as well as unique interior architectural finishes.
