New Embassy Compound

Project Scope

Caddell was responsible for the design and construction of a new 123,000 SF diplomatic compound that included state-of-the-art security, communications, information processing systems, multiple areas with advanced physical and technical security systems, and anti-terrorism and force protection measures. Primary components included: a new office building (80,245 SF), Marine Security Guard quarters (11,277 SF) embedded in the NOB, a warehouse and support annex (31,927 SF), a utility building (8,536 SF), a recreation facility, and three compound access control buildings (6,071 SF).  The project also included surface parking for 98 vehicles, as well as structured parking (21,097 SF) for 49 vehicles.
