Project Scope
Caddell performed all aspects of piping and related mechanical construction for this vast new 2.5 million SF (more than 54 acres under-roof) state-of-the-art tire manufacturing facility designed to produce 25,000 tires per day. In addition to the procurement and installation of more than 235,000 LF of utility and process piping, Caddell erected process oil tanks, silicone mixing reservoirs, various pumps, and other miscellaneous equipment.
Bridgestone-Firestone also awarded Caddell a wide range of finish construction including more than 250,000 SF of masonry fire walls, many rising more than 40 ft. and extending 1,000 feet in one direction.
