Project Scope
Caddell, in joint venture with Nan, Inc., is constructing a new 55,000 SF outpatient clinic to serve military personnel and their families stationed on Guam. Some of the services to be provided in the new clinic are primary family care, optometry, physical therapy, industrial hygiene, preventative medicine, and dental care. The facility is constructed with components compatible with Guam’s hot, humid, marine environment, including reinforced concrete with slab-on-grade foundations.
