New Embassy Compound

Project Scope

Caddell built a new 122,000 SF U.S. Embassy campus on a 10-acre site in one of The Netherland’s most exclusive enclaves—Wassenaar, a suburb of The Hague. A Royal Dutch residence is located directly across the road from the embassy property. The scope includes a new chancery office building, a Marine Security Guard residence, a utility building, and two compound access pavilions. This New Embassy Campus features fine exterior brickwork and a carefully landscaped property with canals and a pond that complement the surrounding natural and architectural environment.
