Our Work

New Consulate Complex - Hyderabad

Project Scope

Caddell was responsible for the design and construction of a new 217,000 SF diplomatic complex that included state-of-the-art security, communications and information processing systems, multiple areas with advanced physical and technical security systems, and anti-terrorism and force protection measures. Primary components included: new office building, main, consular and service compound access control pavilions, new support annex and warehouse, utility building, recreational facility and marine security guard residence. The scope of work also included entrance and arrival plazas, courts and gardens, parking and roadways, community facilities, and covered walkway.

The new office building was designed and constructed with Tier 3, fully redundant, N+1 availability to all mission critical areas.

This project won numerous state and national construction excellence awards and was a feature story in Caddell’s 2023 Year in Review corporate magazine. Click here and scroll to page 13 of 35 to read more about the challenges and excellence of this complex project.

“When I joined the project, it was also obvious the Caddell staff were committed to partnering even though it was not a formal contract requirement. Fluid, open communications, joint resolution of issues as they arose in real time, and true mutual respect for all project stakeholders were the hallmarks of the project management philosophy espoused by every member of the team.”
