Project Scope
Caddell, in a joint venture with Nan, Inc., constructed a new, 98,000 SF Medical/Dental Clinic at MCB Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. The scope of work included medical and dental facilities for Navy and Marine Corps personal, families, and retirees. Services include outpatient behavioral health, occupational health and preventative medicine, physical therapy, optometry, diagnostic imaging, laboratory, pharmacy, ancillary patient and clinic support, and administrative departments. Supporting facilities include utilities, site improvements, emergency generator, access road, and parking.
