Project Scope
The Center For Nanophase Material Sciences is a four-level 80,000 SF building that houses office space, high-tech laboratories, and common areas to promote interaction among staff, long-term research guests, and various users. It is equipped with specialized tools for synthesis, characterization, and integration of hard and soft materials. The 10,000 SF Nanofabrication Research Laboratory housed a one-level wing featuring state-of-the-art clean-room technology including electron microscopy. Performed as 50/50 Joint Venture with Blaine Construction.
