Project Scope

Caddell performed the design and construction of two separate instructional buildings—the Core Instruction Facility and Ground Instruction Facility (approximately 50,000 total square feet). These buildings feature electronic training classrooms, electron cyclotron resonance prep stations, command post, classified storage vaults, covered vehicle storage, and galley and dining area (Building 8840 Dining Hall Addition and Renovation). The scope of work also Included selective demolition, sitework, and utilities.
