Project Scope
Caddell is responsible for the renovation and rehabilitation of the historic U.S. Embassy in Athens, Greece, as well as major new additions and upgrades. Primary scope items include renovation and rehabilitation of the office building chancery, renovation and a major new addition to the office annex, a new entrance pavilion and connector between the chancery’s north and south wings, a new main compound access control facility, and security upgrades for the Marine Security Guard Quarters and three existing compound access control facilities. Caddell must perform the work in carefully managed phases to allow the embassy to continue full operations during the construction and renovation activities.
