The Final Assembly Building is a single-level structural steel building with metal siding and brick wainscoting. The Administration Building is two stories of structural steel with masonry block walls and a brick exterior. Each floor has a continuous perimeter window exposure totaling 12,000 SF of glass. The building also contains a cafeteria and medical facilities. This hallmark project was completed on-schedule in less than two years.

“Navigating extreme logistical challenges, a multi-national workforce, and an ever-evolving security environment were all uniquely amplified in this project, all while working on an active post whose critical mission could not be interrupted. The Caddell team did all of this and achieved the project’s objectives. Congratulations on a job well done!”

- Chrissie Fields, Department of State Contracting Officer

“I wanted to commend your project team for a job very well done.  I have had the privilege of designing numerous exchange and commissary facilities and would count this project as among the best managed and organized of my career.”

“Pull Planning saved our schedule and gave us a practical way forward. This intense interaction with the subs also identified some schedule busting elements that the design documents had missed. We not only met our original schedule completion date, but finished critical activities early and ended the project with an official “Outstanding” performance rating in all categories— including scheduling.”

- Jeremy Clegg, Caddell Project Manager

“The Contractor’s project team was comprised of qualified individuals and their communication and early identification of issues led to early resolution on many items. All in all it was a very enjoyable project team to get to be apart of.”

- Aaron Sundberg, Construction Manager, NAVFAC Hawaii

“You can be very proud of what your team accomplished.”

- Gary Pemberton, Project Engineer, USACE, Kansas City District

“This project is a shining example that a project performed in a true spirit of partnering can produce a quality facility”

- Ms. Donna Lamb, GSA Contracting Officer
