Renovations and Additions to Terminal A at George Bush Intercontinental Airport

Project Scope

Project included renovations and additions to the Terminal A and construction of the new North Concourse (nearly 500,000 total SF).  All of the work was performed in and around the airport’s busy daily operations with a minimum disruption to regular airport activities. The scope of work included the demolition of two existing flight stations, construction of an entirely new concourse, removal and replacement of over 900,000 SF of concrete paving, construction of new baggage handling systems, new check-in and ticketing counters, new jet fuel dispensing system, and all related supporting infrastructure.
