Project Scope
Caddell was responsible for the design and construction of four new BEQs in two 2-building configurations at New River MCAS portion of Camp Lejeune totaling approximately 250,000 SF. The new facilities house nearly 1,000 Marines in units that include two bedrooms, an upscale kitchen, HVAC, storage, and bathroom facilities.
Highlights:
- Zero lost-time accidents after more than 200,000 man hours.
- Achieved USGBC LEED Gold.
