Project Scope

Cleveland State University’s library occupies the five lower floors of this 20-story structural steel frame tower. Upper floors contain faculty offices. Concrete fireproofing, concrete dome ceilings, and metal deck floors with concrete fill protect the library’s collections as well as building occupants. The exterior consists of stonework, masonry, and reinforced precast concrete facing.
