Project Scope
Construction of a combined-cycle/gas-turbine power generation complex at a remote 1000-acre site adjacent to the Chattahoochee River. The new facility is designed to supplement anticipated increased power demands and is a key element in the utility’s long-term expansion and improvement program. Caddell completed two phases with each phase designed to generate approximately 600-MW of electric power and featuring two combustion turbines and one steam turbine with associated piping and instrumentation.
