Project Scope
Caddell performed as Construction Manager at Risk for a new, 118,920 SF shipping facility that includes three main elements: shipping warehouse space, office area, and vehicle maintenance area. The 109,000 SF warehouse area utilizes overhead doors on opposite sides of the facility for van access for package loading and houses sort equipment provided by Federal Express. The 7,000 SF office area supports the retail Ship Center with offices, toilets, and a break room. The retail ship center is open to the public and will house millwork counters and other miscellaneous items.
