Project Scope

Caddell was responsible for the design, preconstruction, and construction services for an 250,000+ SF existing warehouse remodel in order to add the infrastructure needed to accept an Automated Storage Retrieval System. This consisted of adding concrete foundations, pits, upgrading/adding a primary electrical service, in-rack fire sprinkler system, and a complete compressed are loop with drops. This included a complex electrical relocation and primary installation requiring multiple strategic power shut down and crossing the main truck aisled with a trench. This project required constant coordination with the ASRS vendor while not disrupting the existing facilities operations.
