Caddell’s scope included preconstruction services and the construction of the e-commerce fulfillment center that has a 1.5 million SF footprint and an additional one million SF of mezzanine levels. The 2.5 million SF facility also includes an Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS), large parking lots for both employee parking and semi-truck parking, two pedestrian bridges, two guard houses, two fuel stations, a pump house, trailer staging, maneuvering space, and out buildings. The structure included precast walls with insulated metal panels and accommodates a 1 million SF footprint building expansion as well as expansion of trailer staging and parking areas.
