CAB UEPH Barracks

Fort Bliss, TX

Project Scope

Design/build of four 3-story barracks buildings to house 928 soldiers. Project used modular construction to meet the very aggressive D/B schedule with modular fabricated units delivered to the construction site in a finished state to reduce both the time and manpower required for on-site construction. Completed on-schedule and with zero lost-time accidents after more than 500,000 man hours.
