Project Scope
Caddell was responsible for extensive renovations to an architecture firm’s office. Scope included removing walls to create a more open workspace and a better flow throughout the facility and constructing additional rooms that include a mother’s room, a collaborative workspace, and private phone rooms. Additional scope also included polishing the concrete floors and adding frame-less glass doors to keep the space bright and modern.
