Project Scope
The scope of work included general masonry construction, major equipment and piping installation, instrumentation, and electrical work. Equipment includes a new steam-O driven ammonia compressor, two carbon dioxide compressors, high-pressure ammonia and carbon dioxide receivers, liquid carbon dioxide storage tanks, two grain silos, two brew kettles, one cereal cooker, one mash mixer, one double deck pasteurizer, 12 and 16 ounce can fillers, palletizer, aging and fermentation tanks, yeast and settling receiving tanks, one chiller, glycol cooling pumps and other equipment that doubled the filtration capacity.
