Project Scope
Caddell and JV partner, Nan, Inc. of Honolulu, are building three six-story bachelors enlisted quarters (BEQs D, F, & H) at Camp Blaz, Guam valued at $310+ million. For BEQ H, we are also responsible for the design. Each of the BEQs consists of a dormitory tower, a community core building including laundry facilities, a duty office and duty bunk room, vending machine area, multipurpose room, public restrooms, and a multi-function room. Each BEQ tower will have 300 rooms to accommodate unaccompanied E1-E5 personnel stationed on Guam.
