Caddell Construction has announced executive promotions and a strategic new hire for the company’s Atlanta office. Ike Keene has been promoted to Senior Vice President – Commercial, Nathan Raycroft to Senior Vice President – Governmental and Brian Rogers to Construction Executive. Tom Csicsila has been hired as Vice President – Commercial.

Ike Keene Promoted to Senior Vice President – Commercial
Keene joined Caddell in 2021 as a construction executive and was promoted to vice president last year. He has been instrumental in the growth and success of the company’s data center market. His background includes data centers, large commercial and retail projects, as well as large-scale renovations and tenant fit-outs. He has held management positions in preconstruction, onsite project delivery and supervisory roles in all aspects of construction operations. Keene earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Mississippi State University and spent much of his early career with Elkins Construction. He was instrumental in establishing Caddell’s Jacksonville office five years ago and is highly engaged in his local community there.
Nathan Raycroft Promoted to Senior Vice President – Governmental
Raycroft’s tenure at Caddell began in 2019, when he joined the company as a construction executive with decades of experience leading dozens of federal construction projects. He was promoted to vice president, Guam operations in 2021 where his experience in federal construction, operational discipline and careful attention to quality and safety best practices made him the ideal leader for the specialized requirements of constructing on an island in the western Pacific. Raycroft attended Guilford Technical Community College and Brevard Community College and has spent much of his career developing the next generation of leaders.
Brian Rogers Promoted to Construction Executive
Rogers joined Caddell in 2025 as a senior project manager and quickly proved his leadership prowess within the Commercial division. During his career, he has successfully directed manufacturing operations, financial controls and lean-process initiatives while managing full P&L responsibility. He has navigated high-profile projects and developed high-performing teams that continually re-set the bar. Rogers earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from John Brown University and rose up through the trades as a certified structural welder. He spends much of his time outside the office volunteering with local leadership development programs near his home base in Northwest Arkansas.
Tom Csicsila Hired as Vice President – Commercial
Csicsila brings more than 30 years of experience to Caddell, with a successful career spanning numerous market sectors. Over his career he has advanced from field superintendent to increasing roles of responsibility, managing projects from preconstruction through completion while leading and developing project management and field teams. He most recently served as vice president at Baldwin & Shell Construction Company, where he helped establish their Memphis office. Csicsila earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Michigan State University and has served on the AIA Memphis Board of Directors since 2024. He is active in his local community, coaching in his kids’ sports programs and volunteering with Knights of Columbus and his local church.
