Project Scope

Caddell was responsible for the design, preconstruction, and construction services of an 190,000+ SF existing warehouse remodel in order to add infrastructure needed to accept an Automated Storage Retrieval System. This project is currently in the preconstruction/design phase. Scope of work includes foundations, pits, upgrading/adding a primary electrical service, in-rack fire sprinkler system, and a complete compressed air loop with drops.
