Project Scope

Design and construction of 71 new two, three, and four bedroom family housing units. The scope of work included the demolition of 56 existing housing units. New construction included site improvements—utilities, streets, parking areas, walks, street lighting, surface and storm drainage, landscaping, and recreational areas.
