Project Scope

Renovation and new construction of the maximum security “G” block addition, sally port, inmate dining room, new reception building, new inmate camp facility, and “H” Block wet cell conversion. The renovation phase encompassed an upgrade of electrical utilities, air conditioning enhancements, new hydraulic elevators, renovation of all three floors of the existing administration building, installation of a new administration building air conditioning system, relocation of the existing visiting room and commissary, and installation of a supply chilled water and steam distribution system.
