Caddell Construction announced several executive-level promotions during the third quarter. Craig Lazzarini was promoted to Senior Vice President – International; Brian Sheehan to Vice President – Commercial; and Jamison Taylor to Vice President – International. In addition, Todd DiBacco and Brian Golden were promoted to Construction Executive.
According to President and Chief Executive Officer Mac Caddell, each of these promotions is a stepping stone in achieving Caddell’s mission of long-term success. “These promotions reflect the incredible momentum we’re experiencing as a company,” said Caddell. “Each of these leaders has exemplified an unmatched dedication to doing business The Caddell Way, and their leadership will help position our company for even greater growth in the years ahead.”
Craig Lazzarini has been promoted to Senior Vice President – International.
Lazzarini has been an important part of the Caddell team since he graduated from college more than 25 years ago. Starting his career as an office engineer, his journey is a testament to the steady growth and continuous improvement for which Caddell is known. Over the years, he has led project and procurement teams both onsite and at the company’s headquarters. His portfolio includes numerous large-scale projects in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South America and the United States and features the design and construction of U.S. Embassy and Consulate complexes, military housing and training facilities and healthcare projects.
In every role, he has delivered consistent results that exceeded client expectations. “Craig exemplifies all tenets of The Caddell Way. He is unmatched in his work ethic and has been particularly focused on establishing the processes and procedures for continuous improvement,” said Isaac Sneeringer, President – International. “His accountability to all project stakeholders is paramount, and he serves as a true ambassador for Caddell.”
Lazzarini earned his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Auburn University.
Brian Sheehan has been promoted to Vice President – Commercial.
Sheehan joined Caddell Construction in 2023, bringing more than two decades of experience in the construction industry. He was hired to lead the launch of Caddell’s Phoenix office as a construction executive, where he quickly established a strong foundation for growth. Under his leadership, Sheehan and his teams have managed more than $150 million in work, including key projects for major commercial clients.
“Brian was the right person to help Caddell grow,” said Ricky Byrd, President – Commercial. “He is tremendously talented at developing his teams, expanding our footprint in the region and servicing our customers with excellence. We have high expectations to see the Phoenix office continue to grow, along with Brian.”
Before joining Caddell, Sheehan served as division manager of design and construction for Maricopa County, the fourth largest county in the U.S., overseeing a $250 million annual capital improvement program across more than 250 properties. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Jamison Taylor has been promoted to Vice President — International.
Taylor joined Caddell in 2010 fresh out of Auburn University. He started as assistant project engineer and quickly showed his project management prowess. Just two years later, he was assigned as assistant project manager on the award-winning U.S. Embassy Kabul project that was Caddell’s largest undertaking to date. By 2015, Taylor was promoted to project manager and oversaw the Kabul project through completion in an active war zone. He was later promoted to senior project manager and has completed many very successful international projects across the globe. His extensive experience leading high-profile, high-security jobs for the U.S. State Department has set him apart as one of the most capable and respected leaders worldwide.

Taylor is a LEED Green Associate and holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Science from Auburn University.
Todd DiBacco has been promoted to Construction Executive.
DiBacco joined Caddell Construction in 2022, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in industrial and commercial construction. Over the course of his career, he has successfully managed large-scale projects across a wide range of markets, and at Caddell, he has already played a key role in complex design-build and renovation projects.
“Beyond project execution, Todd has distinguished himself as both a mentor and a collaborator,” said Ricky Byrd, President – Commercial. “His dedication to training, knowledge-sharing and talent development — combined with his ability to cultivate strong client and partner relationships — exemplifies The Caddell Way and strengthens our teams for long-term success.”
Throughout his career, DiBacco has served in a variety of major construction roles — from field engineer to project manager — giving him a comprehensive understanding of the industry and the needs of his teams. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management & Technology from Bowling Green State University.
Brian Golden has been promoted to Construction Executive.
Golden joined Caddell in 2015 and has since served in multiple leadership roles, including assistant project manager, contracts manager and most recently manager of the Operations Support Group. With more than 22 years of industry experience, he has supported projects across a wide range of markets, from higher education to federal. His comprehensive expertise — spanning estimating, quality control, safety, scheduling and project management — has made him a trusted resource across the company.

Golden holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Auburn University.
