Most Recent Caddell Way Award Winners

Caddell believes it’s important to recognize and reward team members who are exceptional in exhibiting The Caddell Way through their actions. In 2018, a special award was created for employees to nominate their peers for The John & Joyce Caddell Way Award. Each business unit selects award finalists in the categories of “Field,” “Operations,” “Up & Comer,” and “Support,” who receive a trophy and cash award. The overall winner is selected from among the finalists and is announced at the corporate Christmas party. The winner receives a substantial cash prize and trophy and is memorialized on a permanent display at the company’s headquarters in Montgomery.

Chris Oseguera – Up & Comer Award 

The overall winner for 2025 was Chris Oseguera. Chris was nominated for demonstrating outstanding leadership and delivering a successful project under challenging conditions. His technical expertise is matched by his leadership and communication prowess. He knows every dimension, delivery date and milestone, and clearly communicates this knowledge to trade partners, field staff and management. Team members consistently rely on him for guidance, confident he will provide practical solutions to keep the project on track. Customers repeatedly praise his responsiveness, professionalism and clarity.
