Caddell Construction is proud to announce the promotion of Chase Stephenson to Construction Executive. This career milestone recognizes his decade-long tenure with the company, his leadership on complex construction projects and his continued contributions to Caddell’s growth in key markets.
Stephenson joined Caddell in 2015 as an assistant project engineer within the company’s Governmental division. Helping deliver major projects across the United States and abroad, he has served in roles spanning from field operations to project management at multiple levels.
“Having had the pleasure to watch Chase grow throughout his time at Caddell, I truly believe he is prepared to take this next step in his career,” said President and CEO Mac Caddell. “He has consistently taken on greater responsibility and demonstrates the character, unmatched work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction we value in our leadership.”
Stephenson transitioned to Caddell’s Commercial division in 2022 and soon after began working as a project manager. He was later promoted to senior project manager after helping Caddell establish itself as a leader in the data center market.

The leadership opportunities he will have in his new role, as well as the clear excellent teambuilding and strong relationships he already possesses, will further position Caddell for success,” said President – Commercial Zach Moore.
Stephenson played integral parts in three of Caddell’s milestone Commercial projects — from their first ever data center project to two of their largest projects to date.
Stephenson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in entrepreneurship from the University of Alabama and is active in mentoring the next generation of builders.
