Construction of two barracks buildings, three headquarters office buildings, five company operations facilities, and various support structures. Total square footage under roof was 200,000-SF on a 34-acre site. The work included site development and utilities and was performed at two sites in phases to accommodate troops living in existing barracks. Caddell also designed, constructed, and donated a soldier memorial complex that has become the focal point for the barracks complex and is one of the most visited structures at Fort Benning. $40.9M
